NFL Week 7 picks

Last week was rough, finishing with a record of 0-2-1.  Hopefully with Dallas back in action I can get my luck turned around.  The current overall record stands at 5-11-2.  There is a reason I don't do this for a living!!

This week, off the bye week, Dallas plays at the New York Giants.  Dallas is shaking things up a bit, with Matt Cassel getting his first start at QB after Brandon Weeden has put up several poor performances.  The Giants are fresh off a loss to Philly on MNF, in which they looked pathetic and couldn't score at all.  In week 1, Dallas slid past the Giants due to poor clock management by the G-Men.  With both teams in a bit of a funk, I think this one is a toss-up.  I'm taking Dallas +3.5.  I also think it'll be a low scoring game, so I like the under on a total of 45.

For my third selection, I'm taking Atlanta -6 against Tennessee.  Without Marcus Mariota, the Titans must rely on Zach Mettenberger, who has yet to win a game in the NFL.  This won't be the week, as Atlanta runs away with this game and easily covers.

Dallas +3.5
under 45
Atlanta -6
