2015 NFL Playoffs

The 2015 NFL Playoffs are nearly upon us, and, due to my many trips to Vegas the past few months, I have a financial interest in the playoffs this year.  I have money on 8 of the 12 playoff teams to win the Super Bowl.  Below are the teams I have money on, and the potential payoff should one of them win the Super Bowl.  Some teams I bought multiple tickets for, others only 1.  Also, I will be in Las Vegas for Super Bowl weekend, and I assure you there will be more money wagered on the game, and on prop bets, of many different kinds!

Arizona:  $260
Broncos: $480
Dallas:    $510
Lions:     $570
Patriots:  $640
Packers: $675
Seattle:   $720
Colts:     $1350

Teams I do not have money on:  Carolina, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Baltimore.

Good luck to everyone with some sort of monetary investment!!

Be right back, going to empty my sockroll and bet Carolina, Pittsburgh, Cincy & Baltimore in the playoffs right now.

Seriously good luck. If you get for $720 for Seattle, I assume that's the team you put the most money on, right?

Sadly, I fear no one can beat USC North this year.

    1. Thanks Rob, Betting the teams I don't have might not be a bad idea....in the MLB playoffs, I had money on 6 of the 10 teams. I did not have money on the Giants, who, if you recall, ended up winning the World Series.

Re: Seattle. I don't necessarily have the most money on them, as most of the wagers were spread out somewhat evenly. It's a combination of the money wagered as well as the odds on them not always being best. I have them at 8-1 on 2 different tickets, 1 for $30 and 1 for $50. $80 at 8-1 is a payout of $640, plus the initial $80 for a total payout of $720 should they win.

    1. Ummmmm....Yeah. I put my entire life savings on them when they were 1000-1. Was that a bad idea?
